Bethany-Rose Fisher, our new Underwriting Administrator, joined the Trilogy team recently. We are keen to play our part in bringing new talent into the industry. This is especially important, as a recent report  found that over 50% of staff in the London Market are over 40 years of age and a further 26% are over 50.

We were keen to find a young person with the drive, determination and desire to break into insurance. Bethany-Rose Fisher ticked all of the boxes. She had just finished in education and was looking for her first role in financial services. With a love for numbers, underwriting was the perfect fit. She also has the confidence to deal with clients and appreciates how important it is for us to pick up the phone or head out and meet them in person.

Bethany-Rose has hit the ground running dealing clients and insurers on important claims through to a speedy conclusion. She has been hands on arranging for surveys and getting a firsthand view of the risks we place. Bethany-Rose has also taken the next step with her education, this time in insurance with CII qualifications.
